At Japan Objects Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home goods; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original Japanese packaging and protective wrapping to ensure it is not damaged during its journey back to us.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the arrival of your return.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
